Let's Get Acquainted
We have been residents of the Las Vegas for nearly 25 years enjoying all the dining experiences Vegas has to offer.
Our Sommelier, Jeffrey Dunmire is a decades long wine enthusiast, has successfully completed Court of Masters Sommelier training and currently preparing to continue his advancement to the CMS Certified Level. In addition he has successfully completed WSET Level 2 and is preparing for the grueling Level 3 Exam.
As a member of various Professional Wine Organizations including GuildSomm International and the prestigious Wine Scholar Guild, he has completed numerous training programs on the wines of the world, with a focus on French Wines and Napa Valley, many of which can be enjoyed right here on the Las Vegas Strip to complement your dining experience.
